I had this on DVD as a kid and watched it over and over. Watching it again as an adult immediately presented me with visceral memories of each scene and how I felt as a kid. I wanted to eat the presents SO badly. It's fun and colorful and supremely odd for its era. I can see why I watched it so much!

Well this is, uh, a movie of some kind. Parts of it are interesting but it really is just a little artifact of the time. The audio quality from the version I watched made it very hard to learn things but hey, it's certainly an experience when you have hindsight.
My favorite part of this was the guy being hit in the head with a brick.
Every time I watch this thing I'm giving it another half star. It's terrible but I love it. The thing I enjoyed most about watching it again this time was discussing how *close* this was to being actually compelling, whether as an American Psycho sequel or whatever the hell they were trying to make here originally.
I desperately need someone to swap the soundtrack of this movie with the first one. Just to encapsulate the insanity.

Every frame of this is so full of LIFE and I want to study it so bad, and those frames full of life give us such dynamic and funny and agonizing characters that I CANNOT wait to see again. What a love letter to animation, Spider-man, and Miles. The anticipation for the 3rd is going to kill me and I can’t wait to watch this again and again to give it the attention to each detail it deserves.
