  To Each His Own Cinema 2007

  ★★★★ Added

  Great satirical short film portraying how americanization is leading to stagnation and how it is steadily killing cinemas literally and film as an artform.
  The dialogue is just as tastefully done as it is provoking and edgy making every single sentence thought inducing.
  Nonetheless I despise that Cronenberg connects the death of the last jew with the death of cinema making the obvious implication that jews 'run' cinema and single-handedly carry film as an art form.

  Drinking Buddies 2013

  ★★★★½ Watched 27 Jul 2013

  It has a really slow pacing but every single scene is still necessary in order to know more about the characters and their relationship with each other which is where the focus lies in Drinking Buddies.
  The characters just feel so natural and real especially because of the little pyschological games they are playing so I ended up believing that I was actually just following random people.
  Olivia Wilde and Jake Johnson do a great job as leading roles so…
