"5 Bloods don't die...WE MULTIPLY."
What a picture! This felt almost like an Essay-Film at times with the continuous interplay between the different timelines, archive footage and strong various stylistic decisions in the filmmaking. Spike Lees montage working here like a flaming knife cutting all the necessary parts together to tell you the whole never-ending story of war and it absolutely works.

I liked seeing a different Robert Pattinson, i liked all the stuff and I really liked it I had to laugh several times, because I liked it! What I yet truly wished for was a more captivating cinematography, composition, colors, like it didn't spoke to me enough visually. Look at this interesting colorful somewhat soviet era style movie poster and then think about the movie how it actually looked. It was this dark, gray-blueish, people in dark rooms, grey spaceships, on a grey ice planet, in dark, gloomy corridors within this mid grey, washed-out-filter movie... idk I missed sth there. I love the dinner scene!

However everyone should watch the best clone wars episodes and move on. There you get everything and so, so much more. There are barely three things happening in this 2 22 h movie.
