  Excellent horror film without excessive blood, gore, cursing, nudity, or whatever passes for horror these days. The soundtrack, undertones, silence, and blank stares delivered by the characters all contribute to the film's creativity and long-lasting horror effects. Crazy this film is not getting any Oscar nominations. How do people feel back then when this film doesn’t get any nominations? Mad.

  Among the most romantic films I've ever seen, they masterfully convey the complexities of life and love. Also, some of the situations are so well-written and acted that they must have been improvised since they feel so naturalistic. It also features one of the greatest ending in movie history.

  Great sequels and undoubtedly one of Linklater's best.
