  “i forgive you for the past, but the future is mine”

  powerful sentiment. andre holland is now my favorite actor. and he’s cool as fuck to meet in real life too.

  I’ve had a lot of resentment in my heart the past few months, and i’ve really struggled with it like andre’s character did. i’m really happy to see an exploration of dealing with it in a way that wasn’t just “yo i forgive u and now we’re besties. <3”.

  i liked the complexity. forgiveness is complex.
