  This felt like watching a movie that wasn't made for me (not in a bad way), like its full of personal things I'm not supposed to "get". With all the complicated feelings I have on Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli it still always feels so good to watch their movies, especially on a big screen.

  The more sinister scenes with the grey heron in the beginning were so good. Oh and the painting "Die Toteninsel" by Arnold Böcklin!! One of my favourites! Animation rules
