a very short and simple film but with a lot of emotion and depth… like a lot of shunji iwais films undo is both disturbing while also being weirdly beautiful especially thanks to the captivating cinematography

I don’t know why I used to dislike this movie but after reading the novel and rewatching it I think it’s the perfect Dracula adaptation.
It lacks the subtlety of the book but it is fitting for a 2 hour movie to be more intense than a novel that takes 8+ hours to read and is presented in the form of diary entries.
