probably the best movie I've watched all year. it's still too fresh on my mind to properly put thoughts into words, but I think you either get this one or you don't. in a world that tries so hard to make you conform to its set of rules and makes you put yourself aside in order to survive the community around you, you can still have the choice to be who you are and going after what you want.

the relationship between the two main characters really could've made this one of the greatest movies for me. unfortunately, the weird writing at times, having a lesbian have sex with men (multiple) on screen for literally no reason, and the ending overall made this a really lackluster experience. the actresses were amazing but unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives by a lot.
