  This is just Hollywood pandering to Black cinema-goers with surface-level real-world discussions. I knew that going in but it was much worse.

  There's a number of problems this film has against it like the weak use of magic, the acting, the comedy, and the way the ASMN in this works.

  But I was most upset by the love triangle and how it minizes the female's since of choice in who she wants to be her partner. We see how she feels with both potential male partners. One would clearly be her choice but the ASMN says "no."

  Anyway, skip this one.
