  So effective, blueprint for lots of stuff we’ve seen. Catherine Hardwick’s style is on full blast here and you see the beginnings of what she wanted to do with twilight. Holly Hunter is amazing in this and very grounding. Mother’s are able to see themselves in their daughters in a beautiful sometimes devastating way and she conveys that masterfully
