The Scribbler is like if Girl, Interrupted lived in Sin City. It's a mental asylum living in a punk-rock noir complete with a brain zapper. Kind of a slow burn at the beginning, took a bit to get going - and with that problematic Hollywood trope that it takes women forever to figure out their true potential, if ever. Looking at you Jessica Jones on Netflix.

While not the biggest fan of found footage, this comedy horror stream was fun. Well filmed, and I loved the characters. Has an Evil Dead-vibe with the effects and monsters - super tense in the middle before he decides to make a stand. And the guy just can't catch a break.
Totally cheering for him to survive...And what is the deal with Mildred picking his nose?
