    Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is 2 hours and 30 mins and is only the first part of this story… Wtaf.

    The first fifth of this film was a struggle and this story is way too over complicated, the whole opening with Gwen could have been cut down a lot - it drags. 

    That being said once you get through the first fifth, it finds its feet, and starts to get better.

    Honestly Cold War Indiana Jones is a really cool idea, and when this film is doing classic Indiana jones explorations or Cold War set pieces it’s at its best. Unfortunately there’s just a lot of other wacky stuff dragging down this film that just doesn’t need to be here.

    One of the best stories that combines history and science-fiction incredibly well. The story is so good it turns itself into its own show.

    While it’s incredibly long, I really enjoy the whole thing. The long length gives more time with Troughton who is legendary as always.
