I was a little too invested in this 😭 I hope someday that Tarantino reshoots this and it’s a shame that the film was supposed to be a total length of 70 minutes, but a lab fire happened. What an insane origin story for this guy. And seeing that this is one of Tarantino’s first ever projects, is truly inspiring to watch as a growing filmmaker. I’m always looking for new ways to come up with stuff, and to truly see Tarantino present his authentic self in this film.. his wittiness and comedic stature, it’s really inspirational.

This film would've done NUMBERS if it came out 10 years ago. It was like if "Chappie" and "Ready Player One" had a baby and came out with this. It was genuinely an alright film. Oddly enough, I didn't know it was a Netflix film.. which makes sense tho because I don't deem this film to be theater-worthy lol. But negative points aside, it was a good watch.
I don’t know much about Francis Ford Coppola, but knowing that he doesn’t get a lot of good reception.. a lot of iffy reviews from his viewers, I feel like this film was a core self evaluation of himself, and a callout to his fans that don’t truly understand his vision when it comes to filmmaking.
