  As technology advances, it becomes easier to create an image that is accepted by the general audience. “In the Valley of the Moon” is a perfect example of this. No one would complain about the camera work or the grade. The production design fits as well. But, no amount of technology can fix a story or direction (yet, anyway). This is a well made short with a recycled story and recycled characters.

  The Sopranos is the best American television show of all time. Full stop. You can keep The Wire, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, or any others you can think of. They pale in comparison. The Sopranos touches on so many themes and weaves them together seamlessly.…
