Not the worst Saw-related film I've ever seen, but certainly not the best. It feels like a routine police procedural script has had a Jigsaw element shoe-horned into it. (The later Hellraiser films are guilty of something similar.)
Could there be a sequel? Yes. Should there be? Hmm.
