  zany satire and i love it. obviously robert pattinson is doing phenomenal work here, but everyone else is also on their a-game; it would be too exhaustive to list them all. extra points for cute little creatures

  a film so obsessed with tackling as many “issues”as possible that it says virtually nothing about any of them. seems far more interested in being sensational or shocking, but not interesting or brave enough to fullly commit. a muddied mess that others those within the narrative, and is worse off for it

  incredible performances and production design hidden behind some flat, uninspired, god-ugly cinematography and color grading. maybe i’m being too harsh, but it’s just so frustrating to watch a film and realize just how much wasted potential there is. still an enjoyable time, and the defying gravity sequence is an electrifying (if slightly abrupt) ending.
