Pulgasari 1985
Obsessed with this monster and its cheesy 80’s practical effects. This synth score is SICK I don’t care what anyone else thinks. I went into this movie blind and did not know the director was kidnapped and forced to make this film by Kim Jong-il. It’s a propaganda film dressed as Godzilla. It’s easy to understand how this movie became a cult classic, though I am unlikely to ever watch it again.
