    Great fun, a solid story, some creative action, and a real heart at the centre! Not much more I can ask for from this kind of film. From my limited experience, it honours the game well too. 

    I appreciated the practical effects that were used throughout, even if they were unfortunately lacking at some key points, particularly the scene with the eponymous dragon in the eponymous dungeon. 

    Also this movie might be the closest we’re gonna get to Hugh Grant…

    Michelle Yeoh is great, and though she’s in almost every scene, Quan is still MVP for me. Thanks to his heartfelt sincerity as Waymond, answering an infinite multiverse of ever-expanding universes, stuffed into a ultradense blackhole bagel of nihilism at the centre, with; “be kind”, is almost believable for a moment.
