  Sluggish crime drama with some questionable dialogue and writing. Gandolfini is typecast, Hardy and Rapace were decent though. Does nothing original with the genre, very average.

  Clearly the prototype for a lot of modern PI movies, Inherent Vice, The Nice Guys et al.
  This was a blind watch and I really enjoyed it, Gould was charming and damn did he smoke a lot. The theme music surfacing in different forms throughout the movie was creative, as was some of the chaotic overlapping dialogue. 
  Will definitely be tuning in to more Altman.
