  Far better than Longlegs! Having said that, the movie lost me a lot either with odd zany moments or bad third acts. Perkins seems to be great at that! The biggest strike for me other than letting us bask in the gore but was too fast is the opening is set in 1999. I was living in that time and the main speech especially for asshole kids was “gay” and it didn’t look like the 70s. Bright with nu metal…

  Great atmosphere, WAY too much humor that kills most creepy elements. Best Eggers film so far. He delivers on some decent scares but WAY too many jump scares!

  Some movies seem to just come out left field and blow all other movies away... 7 Lucky Ninja Kids is THIS movie! Every 5 minutes you will scratch your head wondering "Did that just happen? Is that the Halloween theme during a fight scene? Is the catchy theme song a Like A Virgin rip-off? Did those kids actually get beat up? Another older woman ass grabbing scene?" YES to all these questions and so much more.
