Last time I watched this was in an Alamo Drafthouse a few years ago and the couple a few seats down my row wouldn’t stop making out. Idk why that’s stuck with me, but there you have it.

Had an absolute blast with this one!! So thankful my friends and I were able to catch it on the big screen. 2D animation at its finest!!

Rewatched Part 1 and finally got around to Part 2. Absolutely fascinating view at the legal system.

Now THIS is Sailor Moon. Holy shit. The art, the action, the LORE. God, this is why I love this series. Sailor Moon Eternal Part 2 is top-shelf Sailor Moon storytelling, with a rich plot, engaging characters, fluid animation, and legitimately surprising voice acting.

This movie shows how much the Sailor Moon reboot has grown from Crystal Season 1, and I honestly can’t wait to see what happens next. Hopefully the wait isn’t as long as it was for this pair of films, but if it is I’ll gladly wait patiently.

Absolutely loved it. A near-perfect ending to a most excellent trilogy, and beautiful capstone on the Skywalker Saga. Bravo, Abrams. Bravo.

Edit: Oh, also, John Williams knocked it out of the freaking park with his final Star Wars score. Supremely powerful and extremely gratifying. Loved every second of it, and it absolutely elevated The Rise of Skywalker to dizzying heights. I’m so glad he was able to score this film.
