Come and See 1985
Really tasteful. I felt de-sensitized to the "horrors of war" concept due to all the snuffy pulp I've seen but upon reflection, gorgeously shot, acting was great, felt real and morally complex. Not as insanely depressing as expected. Definitely one of those movies you keep thinking about after and the ending felt really thought through a nice balance of left on an open note and having closure to done degree.
