    It was gorgeous, yet painful and upsetting. And honestly a little confusing and ineffective at times, from a storytelling perspective. But very powerful, impressive stuff that should be applauded for its ambition and scope. I was pretty thoroughly engrossed most of the time.

    I can’t believe this man directed The Godfather and Apocalypse Now. What a way to blow $100 million. 

    Often laughably, astoundingly bad—especially in its third act. It did look gorgeous at times. And there’s some things here I’ve never seen before. But that doesn’t make it a good story or a good film. 

    Aubrey Plaza understood the assignment, though. She knew what level of bonkers she was a part of.

    There was an embarrassing amount of bad over-dubbing. 

    I’m just baffled.
