    short and sweet, with a lot of heartfelt moments, but it was kind of missing something for me.

    Kieran Caulkin gives such a good performance, that made me think he was just being himself.

    The Brutalist had me hooked from start to finish, and I couldn’t believe it was three hours long—it flew by. Some scenes were really tough to sit through, but that raw intensity made the story hit even harder. Between the gorgeous visuals and the gripping performances, this one’s going to stick with me for a while.

    I watched the film with slovenian subtitles, which meant I missed out on the hungarian dialogue, so I definitely have to watch it again.
