There are a lot of things about this that are still really fun! There are also some things that have not held up well. Without a doubt though, Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are a delight together.
Sci-fi is just the best genre ever. Great sci-fi like Mickey 17 can tell fantastical, futuristic stories full of imagination, while still reflecting back on the here and now and the nature of humanity. I adore that this swung back and forth between comedy and tragedy, keeping me engaged and invested the whole time. The performances were great, the aliens were designed specifically for me to love them, and the soundtrack was amazing. It was such a unique movie, and after loving both this and Parasite, it seems I should probably check out the rest of Bong Joon Ho's catalog!

Ugh, I am really disappointed by this one. I enjoyed Knives Out. It felt like a fun, classic mystery backed by an enjoyable cast and with a healthy dose of satire on the rich and privileged. Glass Onion took everything from the original and amped it up to major detriment in my opinion.

Up until they get on the train to the Emerald City, this is pretty entertaining, funny, and visually appealing. Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo are both really wonderful in their roles, and it's clear they were committed to the characters.
