Cat Sick Blues 2016
I watched this because a girl on tiktok told me too. There were some really good gore effects which is really impressive considering the ultra low budget. However, at some points it felt like it was just trying to be edgy just for the sake of it and it ends up just coming across as misogynistic. Maniac from 1980 and the 2012 remake did the "developmentally delayed lonely creepy guy kills a bunch of women in the city" trope better.
