Turning Red 2022
Not sure why the art style of this movie has been getting so much hate, I think it looks amazing. Like what Earwig and The Witch should have looked like.
It's also the funniest Pixar movie in a long time, but in a different way than something like Toy Story. The comedy here is more slapstick and visual, and it works really well.
One of the things this movie does best is visual metaphors. I feel like a baby could watch this and get the gist of what's going on. This movie is going to change a lot of young girls lives

Lady Gaga is one of my favorite artists but this felt kind unfocused. I wish they homed in on one aspect of Gaga and really explored that, but this was kinda all over the place. It had good moments but didn't really come together like I wanted it to.
