Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie 2022
This was just the plot of the 2007 TMNT movie but Leo is the rebellious member of the group and Raph's the one that gets captured by the villains who are trying to open a portal.
The art direction and animation here are absolutely electric and sublime, give or take a few moments where CGI is incorporated - but CGI within 2D animation always looks wonky so I don't consider it a knock, just an observation.
