A Real Pain 2024
Eisenberg is really undersold by proponents of this movie, I think. Culkin is just as good as everyone is saying he is - playing with a complexity that I can imagine would be such a hard balance to find - but Eisenberg’s nuances and emotions I found just as, if not more intriguing. The direction was great, with clear vision. Cool cinematography too, which I didn’t really expect.
