  The Secret of Cuck Island 2022

  Straight off, this typically isn’t my kind of film, but it grew on me. 

  The creativity and genius writing/directing that it must of taken to make this movie is pretty astounding. 

  For such a low budget film, there are so many locations, so many set pieces, and so much stuff going on. 

  It’s a wild time and most importantly FUN.  

  I could tell everyone had a blast making this and it’s just as much fun for the viewer.

  Old school American Horror. It’s exactly what it sets out to be and succeeds in spades. Awesome, creative killer/monster and fantastic kills that never skimp.

  Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers 1988

  Straight out of the gate, I preferred Sleepaway Camp 2: Unhappy Campers over the original. Sure, the original is good, but mainly for its surprise ending. Other than that, it was a fairly average slasher for the time, not necessarily a bad thing but not much different.

  I can only assume that the filmmakers realized that when going into the sequel. There was no way they were going to overdo the original's ending. So they went with humor, boobs, and…

  Malignant 2021

  Super fun. James Wan always knocks it out of the park and this is no exception. 

  Spoiling anything would take the fun out so I’m just gonna say….it gets crazy wacky in a good way. 

  Cannot believe this got a major theatrical release. I’m glad it did but boy is this movie pretty bananas compared to other theatrically released films. 

  Feels like a 90s straight to video film. Gave me huge “Body Parts” vibes in a good way. 

  I loved it and it moves fast. Go check it out!
