Catch Me If You Can 2002
Can you believe how little Spielberg I've truly watched? Given his filmography and my penchant for the essentials, it's almost criminal (pun intended).
So of course this one delights. Tom Hanks often does, and with Leo here as well, the sparks will always fly. And you start to sympathize with Frank and Carl, too. And you know I always love a good score. I'm not sure what else to say, Spielberg's just a master of his craft here like usual. Have I been too nice to movies lately?

You know, I said I'd slow down the animated movie reviews, but I never said I'd stop. Besides, this movie is cool now.
I mean, it's cool regardless. Seriously, they told all this with no dialogue, human characters or even storyboards and all animated in Blender. And it won a bunch of awards! That's something that just doesn't happen, you know? I also like how the viewer can make their own assumptions about the world and the animals left in it. It didn't really need two minutes of logos, though...
