The Last Waltz 1978
Seen in theaters. I wish I could give something more than 5 stars. Seeing something like this on the big screen just emphasizes HOW beautiful it is. I mean, emotionally and visually. I’ve seen this 80 times or so and still I was giving myself a headache from smiling. I don’t know how long it will be until the shots of all five of them together in those ethereal soundstage shots don’t make me burst into tears.
