Take Shelter sounds so much more interesting than it is that I forgot I had seen it before and didn't remember it well enough to recognize it until after I had gotten halfway through.

This is, essentially, a World Bank propaganda film with all the standard talking points about public health infrastructure, AIDS, tuberculosis, western countries' stinginess, the unfairness of fiscal reforms, PEPFAR, and an appearance from Jeff Sachs. The standard "oversights" are present, too, like a complete absence of literally any discussion of the domestic political issues in poor countries.
