Maybe the best opening scene in cinema, maybe the worst closing line. Still a brilliant film that is wonderfully written and hilariously acted.
Think it might be slept on in Tarantino rankings but ranking Tarantino is like deciding on the wettest water.
Not sure who green lit this as there was a genuine struggle to make it a full 90 minute feature. I don’t think anyone would hate this film but I doubt anyone will be looking for a rewatch.
A perfect middle of the road film that I will forget about in a week.
It’s easy to crap all over this as it’s impossible to work out how the budget was as big as it was and we got very little in the way of performances from the leads. But if you thought you were going to get more out of Chris Pratt than a watered down Star Lord or Millie Bobby Brown as more than a plank of wood with a wig then that’s on you.

Very by the numbers and too focused on boomer jokes. This was never going to be amazing or a film I would likely rewatch but if you add current Glenn Close you know it’s an auto half star drop.
