Good news: Good characters, good scares, a mostly constant presence of foreboding that doesn't let down. Big fan of the original Hell House LLC, tho oddly I never got around to writing a review on that.

Geologist here: Zombeavers. A movie about zombie beavers. Love the creativity and the leaning into it.
Good news: I'm in love with Cortney Palm now. The actors, the director, the writers don't take it seriously and I adore it.
Also? Zombeaverbear is credited as played by "The Backstreet Boys". I'm honest to god curious as to their involvement.
Bad news: pretty much the rest of the movie.
