i just don’t understand so many of the choices made in this movie. there is little to no chemistry in either of the romantic relationships, the nonlinear storytelling was cheaply overused to make “shocking” dramatic reveals that substitute for genuine character development, and there were so many scenes that were drawn out way too long for really no reason except to excessively milk the tension and drama.
i also thought so many of the tennis scenes were nauseatingly directed, like…
