Exceptional 90s comedy that ends with one of the greatest dance scenes in the history of cinema. Important to mention that the funny-factor is boosted by 25 points because Kudrow and Sorvino have opposite pitches to their voices. Incredible. Great script and editing as well. Amazing side characters, memorable high-school bully troupe that seems to have inspired the Ashley's costume design in Disney's Recess. Reminded me of Heathers in a really great way. Would re watch, love to see that friendship glow <3

This was my favorite film when I was like 16-17. It blew my mind. And it still does, the first hour is an absolute masterpiece.. however the film loses a lot of luster after its first hour. The incredible frenetic and genius editing slows down as does the story to a certain degree. That being said, I adore the ending and its insanely hysterical. That first hour is easily some of Miike's best work and now I can understand why teenage me did a film-class project on him.

I cant think of another film that was able to engage in absurd/slapstick/cartoon humor while also showcasing the raw and unfair reality of its subject. Endless Cookie shows the pain of being Indigenous... but it also shows the beauty. It shows the importance of cultural narrative, how…
