All that unfinished ‘almost fell in love’ stuff? Guaranteed our writer turns it into some next-level beautifully depressing masterpiece

Adolescence 2025
Definitely rewatching this someday after becoming a parent because this problem isn’t going anywhere. It’s happening now, and it’ll keep happening. At first I wondered, "Whose show is this?" Sure, it’s centered around Jamie, but every single character matters and leaves a mark. Literally no side characters wasted. Top-notch performances, a killer camera department, and a story so damn good it’ll stick with you. Maybe watching it as a parent would hit different, make it even more convincing but no doubt, it’s one of the best miniseries I’ve seen

The songs fit so perfectly with the surroundings. From the accident to his last breath, from learning to crafting beyond mere death, from their surreal meeting to a climax that hits you like a bullet-everything’s just perfect. The practical shoot locations add that vintage flair that lasts till the end;…
