A good initial hook that unfortunately is not what the movie is actually about. When the reveal isn't as interesting as the red herring you've got a bit of a problem.

Was much more low key than I expected. I had built up this mental image of Rocky as some sort of uber-macho 80s action hero, but funnily enough this movie feels like a Disney+ Marvel 'Hero earns the suit' show- which is not a criticism!
