I'll probably need to watch this again to truly rate it. It didn't really suck me into the story when watching it, but I'm still thinking about it - so that probably means something.
This is a beautiful looking film, and the vibe of it is really cool. I've been thinking about film/analog recently, and it just can't be beat in terms of visuals. You can make digital look good depending on lenses, filters, etc. but you get all of that naturally with analog. You get true randomness instead of sterility. Get Carter is a perfect example of that.
