You know… it was good. I did enjoy it for the most part. Was kinda dozing off at other parts. But I couldn’t help but think of the potential it had to be something more.
The movie looks visually atrocious. Like awful. But it really could have had the feel of an old Hollywood musical epic had they tweaked some creative choices. They really missed out on that which was kinda bothering me the whole movie.

Forgot to review this. Sean Baker a true American filmmaker. Shoots on film, explores interesting aspects of human nature and doesn’t shy away from authentic flaws in human nature. This story is just really entertaining. People get so caught up in trying to figure out what a movie is saying. While this movie MAY be trying to have commentary, maybe it’s also just simply exploring and presenting a culture and a particular type of person in a highly entertaining way. …
