  An incoherent mess. Desperately wants to make all the awful things that happened much more “important” that they actually were. They bring up irrelevant things like columbine, y2k, napster, etc and try to weave them into some all encompassing narrative about late 90s society. It’s bullshit and it doesn’t work.

  A low point is a good ten minutes lamenting the objectification of women while documenting it in a little too much detail. I don’t have a problem with tits on…

  Two talented musicians casually turn dials and press buttons at one end of an almost empty building. They are surrounded by a staggering array of lights and mirrors and play to nobody. When the music stops they walk away without saying a word.

  It's the coolest thing I've ever seen.

  The tremendous light show alone would be amazing. But the direction and editing - slow and deliberate yet compelling in itself - complement the show perfectly to make this an instant classic.

  For an hour I lived in the good future instead of the bad one.

  Wow.
