This movie was the shortest movie I’ve seen in a long time so shouts out for that, except I needed so much more?? Conciseness is only applauded if there are no loose ends. There are so many loose ends. But obviously the acting was phenomenal and the writing was very engaging

Perfect film !!! What is is to be alive and changing and mediating stability and growth. Also I love Leonard Bernstein so it was a joy to learn more about him :D

I wanted to love this movie for a lot of reasons. None more than that it deals with grief of a lost parents and I’m always interested in that. It left me wanting for a lot in terms of any interesting explanation in how grief is dealt with / processed but maybe that’s on me for expecting that. There is something to be said for the story attempting to make grief consequence-laden and time sensitive but I think In doing that it missed the bigger picture in the real ways that grief is processed.

Mostly bad - a movie that bravely asked ‘what if napoleon was a cuck’
