Sus padres le animaron a que ejerciera la profesión de escritor y publicó varias novelas con anterioridad a la aparición de la primera obra 110 perteneciente al género de ficción, Magical Herbalism (1982). Cunningham continuó escribiendo novelas de varios géneros, pero siempre retornó a su primer amor, la magia natural. Durante el tiempo en que vivió en California, realizó con frecuencia viajes para estudiar las innumerables plantas que existen en la naturaleza y los métodos que ayudan a estar en armonía con ella. Después de una larga enferme dad, Scott murió en marzo 28 de 1993.

The purpose of this paper is Identify the circumstances in which the Basel Convention appeared 3 and the importance of applied by Islamic banks, identify the most important risk facing the Islamic financial system, as well as highlighting the participating banks in Turkey and the banks, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experience in order to apply and meet the Basel standards 3 in the area of capital adequacy. In order to address this subject was adopted deductive approach in order to highlight the shortcomings of the Basel 2 agreement and the circumstances of the birth of the Basel Convention in the third edition, and to show the most important risk defined by the Islamic financial system, and the use of inductive approach in order to offer my experience participating banks in Turkey and the Islamic banks in Saudi Arabia the application of the Basel 3 agreement. It was reached important results, including: That the failure of Basel 2 and hastily applied unfinished appearance of the Basel Convention 3 Banks participating in the proportions Turkey enjoys a high capital adequacy in view of what is specified under the terms of the supervisory authorities in Turkey; Saudi banks have achieved high levels of capital, and has full readiness to apply the standards and requirements of the Basel 3. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى إبراز الظروف التي ظهرت فيها اتفاقية بازل 3 وأهمية تطبيقها من طرف البنوك الإسلامية، تبيان أهم المخاطر التي تواجهة المنظومة المالية الإسلامية، فضلا عن إبراز تجربة بنوك المشاركة في تركيا وبنوك الممكلة العربية السعودية في سبيل تطبيق واستيفاء معايير بازل 3 في مجال كفاية رأس مال. وقصد معالجة هذه الموضوع تم اعتماد المنهج الاستنباطي قصد إبراز أوجه القصور في اتفاقية بازل 2 وظروف ميلاد اتفاقية بازل في طبعتها الثالثة، وإظهار اهم المخاطر التي تعرفها المنظومة المالية الإسلامية، واستخدام المنهج الاستقرائي قصد عرض تجربتي بنوك المشاركة في تركيا والبنوك الإسلامية في المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال تطبيق اتفاقية بازل 3. وتم التوصل إلى نتائج هامة منها: أن إخفاق مقررات بازل 2 وتطبيقها غير المكتمل هو الأمر الذي عجل بظهور اتفاقية بازل 3 بنوك المشاركة في تركيا تتمتع بنسب كفاية رأس مال عالية بالنظر إلى ما هو محدد ضمن شروط السلطات الإشرافية في تركيا؛ المصارف السعودية حققت مستويات عالية من رأس المال، ولديها الجاهزية التامة لتطبيق معايير ومتطلبات بازل 3. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة المخاطر، المنظومة المالية الإسلامية، معايير بازل3، العمل المصرفي.

Entrepreneurship which comes under the umbrella of business regime, which plays significant role in the development of the country and its economy in a fruitful condition by setting up of organizations, may be in small or large in size of operation .These are the people with a high skills, knowledge to enter into a business to acquire the market with high potential decision making and thereby to catch-up the profit. Now days the government is also encouraging the entrepreneurship, thereby to achieve a good economic condition, eradication of poverty by providing employment. Government, banks are providing financial assistance to the youths, women's through its programs like startup India , MUDRA yojana scheme for women , Annapurna scheme , stree shakti package for women entrepreneurs , bharatiya mahila bank business loan , mahila udyami nidhi scheme etc. The aim of this study was to access how the women entrepreneurship is rising in India through government support and to reach this data to motivate and inspire the other women's to come up with their own ideas to become entrepreneurs with the facilities provided. Technically women entrepreneurship is nothing but women who organize and manages the organization with prosperous decisions by handling the uncertain risks that may occur in future. Here the paper is prepared to provide knowledge about the women entrepreneur's and the kind of assistance from the government of India and from Indian banks. The Data has been collected from the articles and websites. This study is an attempt to create awareness challenges faced, successful women entrepreneur and the government assistance to achieve progress. There are many women entrepreneurs in India who are running their respective organizations in a successful way like Indu jain, kiran mazumdar shaw , Indra nooyi , vandana luthra , Naina lal kidwai etc.

The situation of war and bombarding in the midst of air filled with viruses between Ukrain and Russia. The whole world is witnessing the situation and on the one hand the countries are attempting to lose the clench of Corona-virus and return to their normal lives. At the same time, Ukraine is trying to safeguard its citizens from military strikes of Russia. Day by day the situation is getting worse in Ukrain since the Russian attack. Meanwhile as India did in past it stands at a neutral position due to this Indians are not much concerned about this war. In this paper I will highlight the serious problem of India's education sector especially about health education in India. Because of Corona virus all nations have understood the essence of health education and health departments. Health department in India is treated as one of the noble profession after teacher and even considered next to the God. There are over 20,000 Indian nationals in Ukraine, with around 18,000 of them being students. They all are affected by this war. So I will focus here apart from Indian constitutional supremacy right to education is special rights to its entire citizen which seems to be sidelined right. Indian education system should take this as a lesson to work and revolutionize the education system once again.
