buku ini didasarkan pada klasifikasi atau taksonomi tumbuhan paku modern terbaru yang merupakan revisi dari taksonomi tradisional (lama). selain itu, buku ini juga dilengkapi dengan gambar (foto) mulai dari gambar utuh hingga semua bagian yang merupakan ciri dari tumbuhan paku tersebut. dan semua gambar tersebut adalah asli yang diambil langsung dari lokasi Coban Rondo

Sailhamer's volume, <i>The Meaning of the Pentateuch</i> (IVP 2009) represents the culmination of decades of Pentateuchal analysis. The author reveals the scope of his conclusions as they relate to the relationship of Scripture and history, the messianic message of the Pentateuch, the composition of the Pentateuch, and the relationship between the OT and NT. This review summarizes the contents of the volume and interacts with some of its key points.

Bu çalışmada öncelikle metaforun sadece sıradan bir benzetme ya da dil sanatı olmaktan çok bir düşünce sistemi olduğuna değinilmiştir.  Konu stratejik çekirgeler metaforu olduğu için yaşayan sistemler konusunda ön bilgi verilerek    yönetim metaforları içerisinde ayrı bir yeri olan örgütsel değişim metaforları arasında stratejik çekirgeler metaforunun yoğunlaştığı iki alan olarak stratejideki evrimsellik ve kendi kendini örgütleme üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract
Metaphor is not just only  an analogy or language arts. In this study that, its  an ordinary system of thought that has been mentioned.  Topic is the metaphor for strategic termites given prior knowledge of living systems metaphors in the management of organizational change is a lot of different metaphors as a strategy between the two areas of strategic termites  metaphor concentrated and focused on self-organizing.

The history of talks with former-separatists since 2004 and recent government attempts at building trust with the local population have yet to achieve any noticeable results in troubled southern Thailand. Discussions surrounding autonomy or devolution for the south are hampered by political taboos and an inflexible Bangkok-based political elite. Certain local and external factors also shape the conflict, such as the role of Malaysia as a safe-haven for insurgents and the role of the black-economy in the region. A lack of communication, the inflexibility of the Thai political elite and the above-mentioned local and external factors all serve as barriers toward peace.

Previous low resolution studies suggest that ostracodes, in contrast with deep sea foraminifera, largely sur- vived the massive environmental changes of the Paleocene–Eocene thermal maximum (PETM). In a new high-resolution study from the continental slope (~1800 m paleodepth) NE Atlantic, we also find extensive survivorship of ostracode faunas, but this is accompanied by a temporary drop in species diversity and eco- logical diversity during the PETM. There are 12 common ostracode species before the PETM that are reduced to only two species at the same time as the benthic foraminiferal extinction event. All but three species reap- pear in the later parts of the PETM and statistical analysis suggests that most of the apparent “Lazarus” spe- cies might be found with sufficient sampling of PETM faunas. We find no evidence for an excursion fauna of ostracodes as has been detected in calcareous nannofossils, planktic foraminifera, and benthic foraminifera. However, the ostracode assemblages changed from a relatively diverse ecological assemblage before and after the PETM to one dominated by infaunal species typical of low oxygen conditions during the PETM. The absence of major extinction and the temporary nature of species disappearances are comparable to turn- overs in shallow marine ostracodes and stands in sharp contrast to the ~50% species-level extinction in ben- thic foraminifers.

The casino movement in the Kingdom of Hungary also found a response in Modra, which belonged to the category of smaller towns. It is a previously unknown development, not mentioned in the comprehensive study of the casino movement. The author’s analysis is based on hitherto unknown documents. She clarifies the process of establishment of a town casino, analyses the leadership of the club and its relationship to the Slovak casino. The latter originated on an ethnic basis and came into long-term conflict with the town casino. Both casinos became venues for
cultivated social life, differentiation of political positions in a revolutionary period and a form of national representation.

Sovyetler Birliği dağıldıktan sonra, bölgede oluşan boşluğu doldurmak amacıyla Asya’nın iki büyük ülkesi olan Çin ve Rusya ilişkilerini arttırmıştır. Şanghay İşbirliği Örgütü Rusya ve Çin yakınlaşmasının önayak olmasıyla bölgede bütünleşme adına kurulmuştur. Bu birliğin amaçları: Anti-terör, bölgesel ekonomik dinamikleri harekete geçirme ve üye ülkelerin birbirleriyle eşgüdüm politikalar uygulamasını sağlamaktır.
Bu araştırmada amaç, bölgesel siyasi ve ekonomik bir birlik olan Şanghay İşbirliği Örgütünü (ŞİÖ) tanıtmak ve Türkiye-ŞİÖ ilişkilerini saptamaktır. Çalışma hazırlanırken yerli ve yabancı literatür ile bu konuda ki yetkin kişilerin görüşlerine yer verilmiştir.

This study reviews the past and present energy policy risk in regard to developing wind energy projects in South Africa.

South Africa has a carbon-intensive electricity supply and since the country experienced blackouts in 2008 the South African government has been trying to implement policy to encourage the inclusion of renewable energy developers. From publishing a renewable energy feed in tariff (REFIT) to abolishing this and replacing it with a competitive bidding process because the REFIT did not conform with the Public Finance Management Act, renewable energy policy development in South Africa has been on somewhat of a rollercoaster ride.

Under the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme (REIPPP) renewable energy projects are bid for on a competitive basis with the aim of achieving the renewable energy targets stipulated under the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP). Finally wind developers are seeing green lights and already almost 1200 MW of capacity has been accepted for development.

A major barrier to the deployment of renewable energy has been the low cost of electricity. Renewable energy generating technologies were unable to compete at R0.25/ kWh or less. Even with support from the Renewable Energy Finance and Subsidy Office (REFSO) the subsidies offered were considered too low to support the deployment of renewable energy technologies. Only R15 million was handed out with Darling Wind Farm being the only solar or wind project to have managed to secure funding from REFSO.

In 2010, after the REFIT had been announced, it seemed that the renewable energy market in South Africa was set to go. By the end of 2010 more than 1,100 MW of wind capacity was already under development but independent power producers (IPPs) were unable to secure power purchase agreements (PPA). With the revision of the REFIT and its abandonment and replacement by the REIPP in 2011 wind businesses have had to struggle to ensure that their developments would still go ahead.

Shifting power relations, government capacity questions and un-coordinated policy development has lead to the renewable energy policy shifts witnessed. These policy shifts have made it extremely difficult for wind energy developers. Many have had to accept a “wait and see” stance that has impacted their financial turnover. South Africa is an example of the difficulties witnessed in developing policy aimed at transitioning an economy to a lower carbon future.

The Paleocene–Eocene Thermal Maximum (PETM) has been held up as a past analog to future environmental change and presents the opportunity to study climate impacts on marine communities. During the PETM, deep-sea benthic foraminifers decreased their body-size and increased their productivity, metabolic rates, and food consumption in response to abruptly increasing temperature and changing surface water productivity.
Here we find that three species of marine ostracodes – part of the multicellular benthos – also experienced a reduction in body-size in response to PETM warming in the Northeast Atlantic. Positive correlations between ostracode body-size and benthic foraminiferal oxygen isotope data indicate that reduced body-sizes were caused by high temperature during the PETM. Dwarfing of ostracodes during the PETM interval suggests
that their food consumption rates, and lifetimes, were less than those of ostracodes in the pre-PETM interval. This interpretation is based upon previous studies that show that food consumption and ostracode lifetimes both decrease as ostracodes increase their growth rates under higher temperatures. Estimates of body volume, temperature, and individual abundance suggest a decline in lifetime metabolic rate in ostracode individuals during the core of the PETM. In addition there is also a decrease in biomass flux in the whole ostracode community at this time. The decline in biomass flux at the community level suggests major changes in the energy
flow and carbon cycling in deep-sea benthic ecosystem and the reduction of organic carbon flux between the ostracode community and sediments during the PETM. The decline in ostracode carbon flux stands in contrast with previous interpretations that carbon cycling by benthic foraminifera increased during the PETM. Hence, our data suggest that the benthic community response to the PETM was not uniform between different taxonomicgroups.

Many scientists perform extensive computations by executing large bags of similar tasks (BoTs) in mixtures of computational environments, such as grids and clouds. Although the reliability and cost may vary considerably across these environments, no tool exists to assist scientists in the selection of environments that can both fulfill deadlines and fit budgets. To address this situation, in this work we introduce the ExPERT BoT scheduling framework. Our framework systematically selects from a large search space the Paretoefficient scheduling strategies, that is, the strategies that deliver the best results for both makespan and cost. ExPERT chooses from them the best strategy according to a general, user-specified utility function. Through simulations and experiments in real production environments we demonstrate
that ExPERT can substantially reduce both makespan and cost, in comparison to common scheduling strategies. For bioinformatics BoTs executed in a real mixed grid+cloud environment, we show how the scheduling strategy selected by ExPERT reduces both makespan and cost by 30%-70%, in
comparison to commonly-used scheduling strategies.

Con la reforma laboral de 2012 se buscó introducir cambios en el mercado de trabajo que contribuyeran al crecimiento económico y la generación de empleo. El diseño de las medidas adoptadas ha encontrado limitaciones que dificultan el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. En la información estadística de la situación laboral disponible hasta el momento, no se encuentra evidencia clara sobre los efectos esperados de la reforma. Asimismo, el análisis de estos efectos debe considerar el contexto de desaceleración económica sufrido en 2013 y el tiempo de instrumentación de la reforma, para observar con mayor claridad su impacto en la estructura económica y en el mercado laboral.
