Jennie is taking on a new mantra with her latest set of looks, and it appears to be: The puffier the accessory, the better.
The Blackpink member recently jetted off to Osaka , Japan, for the Superpop Japan festival, where she performed as a special guest on Sunday night. Throughout her journey, Jennie wore a number of striking looks that she documented for fans on Instagram, and there appeared to be through line amongst them.
First, the “Mantra” singer showed off her fit for the flight there, which consisted of a denim blue puffer jacket from Chanel, which she decorated with white floral Camellia brooches, also from the French fashion house. To complete the look, she added a pair of black, floral-printed pants and a matching handbag from the maison, as well as a pair of fuzzy caramel brown Chanel earmuffs.
As an ambassador for the brand since 2017, Jennie often reps those double Cs, so it wasn’t a huge surprise to see her sporting the label yet again when she took the stage on Sunday night.
For her performance, Jennie wore a pink and yellow plaid set, which was pulled from Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2025 ready-to-wear collection. The ensemble consisted of a split skirt with an off-white slip underneath, which was paired with a matching top that was tied together with a creamy silk ribbon in the center. For a touch of volume, Jennie added a bright orange flower accoutrement in the center, proving that her theme for fall is lots of puff.
With the release of a new single and a debut solo album on the horizon, we’re sure to be seeing our October cover star a lot more in the coming months, and you can bet that she’ll be wearing Chanel—and maybe some playfully-proportioned accessories—along the way.
