    1. Obtain the required shape and size of the given workpiece by Stepped
    turning operation

    2. Obtain the required shape and size of the given workpiece by plain turning
    operation

    3. Perform step turning operation on the given workpiece and obtain the
    shape and size as per the given sketch.

    4. From the give workpiece perform knurling operation and obtain the
    required dimensions as per the diagram

    5. With the aid of proper machine tool operation obtain the following
    dimension from the given workpiece.

    6. Obtain the required internal thread cutting as per the dimensions

    7. Perform Drilling operation on the given work piece as per the reference
    sketch.

    8. On the 50mm x 50mm MS plate make five drills of diameter 10.5mm.

    9. On the given square block make a square groove by milling operation

    10. Perform shaping operation on the given workpiece of size 50 mm x 50 mm


    x 50 mm and obtain the final dimensions as per the below sketch.
