Zone Leaders and District Leaders are to make sure that there is at least 45 minutes of role-play in each District Meeting (this means that District Meetings should start on time). There is no way that we will improve if we do not take practice seriously. Please encourage your missionaries to practice during their own companionship studies.

REMEMBER:
-45 Minutes of Role-play each District Meeting. -Use PMG, Standard Works and District 1 and 2 DVDs for District Meetings. -Prepare all elements of District Meeting long beforehand and give assignments with at least 5 days notice. -Have accountability in your District by following up each week on how your District is doing with the elements discussed in the previous district meeting. -Each topic needs to be taught in this order.
District Meeting Schedule: March 17th April 27th The Training Model
Apply the following principles of training during your District Meetings to help the missionaries learn and apply what they are learning:
Explain: Read and discuss key doctrines and principles from the
scriptures and Preach My Gospel.
Evaluate: Discuss what you feel would best help the investigator
strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repent, and prepare for baptism. Identify how to improve. Avoid criticism.
