Manage the Compensation and Benefits portfolio for India location
Analyse and Implement C&B best practices in the organization

Handle to the company legal issue by Income tax department.
Handle Audit process as per client requirements i.e. Online/Offline both.
Ensure preparation of the Invoicing in the system as per TAT.
Ensure generation Salary slips & timely closing of Salary Register
Ensure timely checking of Investment declaration & issue form no 16 to all Pan India associates.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of Factory payroll staff.
Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.
Point in contact for accounting of payroll.
Ensuring GL validation of entries of all Employee related transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial matters.
Closely work with the accounting team on compliance to accounting standards and guidelines
