    FROM THE PASTORS DESK: The Season of Advent is fast approaching and
    Im sure that it will bring with it Hope, Peace, Love, and Joy. This year we will
    conduct another Advent Conspiracy Campaign to raise funds for Stop Hunger
    Now and local missions. Please consider making a donation to Advent Conspiracy between now and Christmas.
    SUNDAYS THEME FOR DECEMBER 18THSISTERHOOD/BROTHERHOOD:
    Collecting clothing, shoes and miscellaneous household items for Sisterhood and
    Brotherhood. Small bags of donated items may be left on the front two pews of
    the church or may be dropped off at the church office.
    MODELS: MODELS will be meeting Thursday, 12:30pm., at Brooklyn
    Backyard Restaurant for a time of fellowship. Please let office know if you
    plan to attend.
    4th SUNDAYDECEMBER 25th, CHRISTMAS DAY. There will be no Fellowship Luncheon after worship. Have a wonderful holiday from the U.M.W. TO ALL!
    CHRISTMAS GIFT CARDS FOR FUMCH: The Florida United Methodist Childrens Home is requesting gift cards instead of buying gifts for the kids. They
    prefer Visa/MasterCard/Amex gift cards and/or major chain store cards (Target,
    Walmart, etc.) in increments of $10, $20 or $25. Cards may be brought to
    church office during the week. Questions? Contact Anne Zecca, local church
    representative.
    PRAYER: O God, help us to find a new vision of the reason you sent Jesus into
    our world. Help us to bring him into our world again in faith, in word, and in actions.
